Helping Parents Grow Through Education and Community
Like so many Denver-area babies, Grow Together Education was born out of Rose Medical Center where we have provided childbirth and parent education since 2023. We are a team of passionate and caring educators that love teaching and supporting new parents as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Some of our educators have taught at Rose since the 1980s and continue to teach with us.
Grow Together Education was founded to support and maintain high quality childbirth and parent education at a time when many hospitals were making cuts to their education programs. Our partnership with Rose allowed seasoned educators to continue teaching evidence-based information paired with deep experience and care for thousands of expecting parents.
We also see the immense value in community building for new parents and this is a core mission of Grow Together Education. We are proud to have continued running the popular community-building Rose Mama Circles program, which our program director created while working at Rose in 2021. This program helps hundreds of pregnant women find connection, support, and friendship in a chapter of life that can often feel isolating and overwhelming.

Our Educators
Our team brings decades of combined experience in childbirth, lactation, nursing, therapy, and parent coaching. Every educator is credentialed, evidence-based, and deeply committed to helping families feel informed and confident. While each instructor brings their own expertise, we teach as one coordinated team that's passionate about childbirth and parenting —grounded in research, practical tools, and real-world support for modern parents.
IBCLC and founder of MAMA BLOOM, supporting families since 2013. Abby helps parents meet their feeding goals—breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding—with clarity, flexibility, and confidence.

Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Educator with 8+ years supporting prenatal nutrition and breastfeeding families. Creator of Mama Circles. Alicia blends clinical knowledge with practical guidance to help parents feel informed and confident. As Program Director, she ensures every class reflects evidence-based care and real-world support.

Certified Professional Birth Doula since 2015 and has been part of Rose's 9th Avenue Doulas team since 2020. Over 11 years of experience supporting and educating birthing families. Krystal is passionate about helping families feel informed, empowered, and confident as they prepare for birth.Â
