Terms of Service
1. Educational Purpose Only
Grow Together Education LLC (“GTE”) provides general educational programming related to pregnancy, birth, parenting, and family wellbeing. Classes, workshops, materials, and discussions are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Participation does not create a provider-patient or therapeutic relationship. Individuals should consult licensed professionals regarding personal circumstances or medical decisions.
2. Independent Entity
GTE is an independent company. GTE is not an employee, agent, or affiliate of any hospital or healthcare facility where classes may be hosted. Registration, payment processing, and customer service are managed directly by GTE.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in classes, including the application of educational information. GTE makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Participants are responsible for using sound judgment and seeking qualified professional guidance when needed.
4. In-Person Facility Rules
For classes held at hospital or third-party facilities, participants agree to comply with all posted policies and procedures of the hosting facility. Participants are financially responsible for any damage or policy violations caused by themselves or minors in their care.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, presentations, handouts, recordings, graphics, and content provided by GTE are the exclusive intellectual property of GTE and are protected by applicable copyright laws. No material may be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, displayed, or sold without prior written consent.
6. Registration Information & Privacy
Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update GTE of any changes. GTE maintains personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. GTE does not transfer Protected Health Information (PHI) to hospital facilities unless required by law.
7. Release & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GTE, its owners, educators, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
9. Agreement
By registering for or attending any GTE program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
